Taylor has been exceptional in M's care. She was always very kind and explained everything she was doing during M's care. She asked us every time if we needed anything every time she came into the room. She provided drinks and a variety of pudding/jello to help get M to eat and also ordered her food at the last minute when she was not eating. She was very personable with M even watching her show her a new toy she had received. Taylor also got her some painting items to help M feel better. During our stay we had an abrupt situation occur and Taylor immediately calmed us and addressed the confusion. There is not enough space here to explain our thankfulness and gratefulness for Taylor. We appreciate all the staff everyone has been so wonderful. We want to personally thank everyone for taking care of M during this traumatic experience. God Bless.
