My father took my mother for an appointment with the Nephrologist, but he accidentally cut himself, and he was bleeding a lot. I went to ask for a band-aid to cover the wound. The nurse at the counter rushed from the counter to ask about my father's symptoms. And since my father has been taking aspirin, it made it hard for the bleeding to stop.
The nurse took my father to care for the wound at the treatment room. She then stood there to press the wound for about 10-15 minutes until the wound stopped bleeding. While the nurse was pressing the wound, she started a conversation and talked with my father about different topics, so he felt relaxed. Even though my father was not the patient, he was well-taken care of, my father is greatly impressed with the nurse and the Nurse Manager who also helped to look after him.
