I came up from the ER. I was scared, sad, and hurting physically but I immediately met this nurse. She smiled with her eyes and gently began comforting me and I relaxed and knew I could trust her. She is easy to talk to about my pain and she doesn't make me wait a long time for my medication. She laughs and brightens up the room at night. She comes in checking if I have needs even without me calling. She explains what happened to me, what the doctors are saying, and what my blood pressure is. She is the best nurse in my 64 years. She cares about what I am going through and does everything possible to help me. She doesn't go out my door and forget me. She is a true nurse, and she does all her jobs on time. She is amazing. She really cared when I wept - that means so much! When you feel all alone a stranger isn't supposed to be who brings life to your death, but she did. I am fine now and I thank God for her!

This nurse was very caring and I could see the smile in her eyes. That's great in this mask-wearing time. She explained my meds and then she stayed with me a while discussing home design. She even gave me some good tips. As busy as she was, she really made my stay.
