Savannah Preston is one of the kindest nurses. She has a positive attitude and works to make sure that patients don't see how hard she works in the background to take care of them. While healthcare has been dealing with the effects of COVID, she picks up extra shifts to cover her teammates as they have been sick themselves. She comes in every day and separates herself from her small children to help support her work family. She is tireless and always has a smile ready for each team member, patient, or family member.
Having recently been on the other side of healthcare as a family member to a dying patient, Savannah is empathetic to families dealing with end of life and the extra barriers that COVID has placed in the path to their loved ones. We are incredibly grateful to work alongside Savannah Preston as she embodies many of our values.
