Jana Perez, RN is an incredible nurse, she has always maintained a questioning attitude in order to identify potential challenges, and collaborate with the team to find solutions. During the COVID pandemic, Jana has remained steadfast in her belief that together we can accomplish the impossible.
Jana aided in getting the negative pressure room up and running and was instrumental in helping to develop an outdoor triage and treatment process to decrease positive or potential COVID patients from coming into the building unnecessarily, while still getting the quality care they deserve.
Jana has taken care of many COVID positive and potential COVID patients during this time and has never wavered in her commitment to take great care of her patients while also caring for her team.
