Fallon is a new nurse and has been with Lovelace for a little over a year. Fallon is a dedicated nurse in the nursery and was nominated for this award by a leader who was so impressed with her calm caring demeanor while collaborating with staff during a neonatal code blue. She never lost focus while dealing with numerous doctors, nurses, pharmacy, and transport team. Her only thought was to do everything possible for the baby, and even though she was a new nurse, no one would ever have known! She did a phenomenal job during a difficult situation and the baby was successfully transferred to Lovelace Women's.
Fallon's compassion makes a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and staff. She was earned the New Mexico Nursing Excellence Awards Nightingale Award.
