Amalia Baquing has worked for Norwalk Community Hospital for sixteen years. She is the night nurse charge nurse for Med-Surg/Tele unit. Amy is a good nurse. She is dedicated to providing good patient care. She contributes a lot in training new nurses and makings sure that her staff is complying with the policies and company standards. She helps with the staffing needs by volunteering to work extra shifts. Amy continues to provide good patient care. Besides being a good mentor and charge nurse, she demonstrates loyalty to the company and serves as a role model and inspiration to others. Amy goes out of her way to promote good interpersonal relations. She is very cooperative, responsible, and dependable.
