During my stay, she heard all my concerns and did whatever it took to meet my needs and wishes. Even when I felt that I was asking too much, she reassured me that I was not. Her encouragement and kind words helped me welcome my son into this world. She continued to make me feel special even after I was discharged when I received a thank you card in the mail with a beautiful note from her. I am positive that each patient cared for by her leaves happy and feeling cared for.
