I was admitted to your hospital for surgery on my lungs. I would like to take this time to express my sincere thank you to your medical staff for the professional and caring treatment I received while recovering on the 7th-floor oncology ward of your hospital. However, I do want to point out one nurse who stands out above all the rest in giving me extraordinary care. That nurse is Mark. He was superior and knowledgeable in his care for me and made my recovery quite bearable. But most of all Mark was COMPASSIONATE. That was most important to me since I had to experience being in your hospital all alone without any family support. He always made me feel that he cared about my recovery and wasn't just doing a job! I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his nursing skills and kindness to me. And I thank you for having him on your nursing staff.
