Lisa was extremely supportive of me. She treated me as if I was her father! She sat with me whenever she could. She was so understanding of what I was going through.
I was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia which was viral, caused by the COVID-19 virus. I was not aware of the isolation that I would be under. Lisa Hall was my nurse. I am a very social person and now was in isolation, even from my wife. Lisa was extremely supportive of me. She treated me as if I was her father! She sat with me whenever she could. She was so understanding of what I was going through. She was with me for my birthday with kind words! She brought me a card and balloon from all of the staff and also from the cooks, who became my friends (I love to eat)! Lisa was willing to let me FaceTime with my wife! She went far beyond what she was doing to call my anxious wife and give her updates. Lisa deserves every award that can be awarded for her loving kindness to her patients!

When one comes to the hospital during the pandemic, the only thing one feels is fear and uncertainty. Especially after seeing so much death and after my interactions in the emergency room. I was so nervous coming to the COVID floor, but was pleasantly surprised after meeting my nurse, Lisa! The sound of her voice and patience with me provided me with comfort! I don't speak the language perfectly, but Lisa went out of her way to help me to understand everything that was going on.

Lisa is a lovely person and a very special nurse. She is never in a rush to complete tasks, never late, and had a wonderful listening ear! Lisa is filled with compassion! After a long stay for a Coronavirus infection, Lisa became my nurse on my last day. There was some controversy regarding my release and I called Lisa to my room for advice. She sat down, gave me her undivided attention, and comforted me past my tears. She said that she would get to the bottom of the issue and sure enough fixed the problem in a way that seemed effortless. I am so grateful to have had Lisa on my side! She is an absolutely lovely woman and the best nurse! My most sincere regards to Lisa! Keep up your high standards and excellent work!
