Kindness and caring beyond reproach, Christine is the RN all patients being admitted to the hospital hope to get as their main caregiver. As a cancer patient that deals with debilitating pain every day, Christine became my advocate when the medication was not sufficient for my discomfort. No patient should ever be an inpatient and in pain. There is no reason. This is where compassion takes the lead in one's case. Christine understood and acted. There can be no better example of an RN than Christine. Management needs to make sure all new RNs to this facility train with Christine for if those new nurses emulate even half of what she teaches them or they observe her doing - well, you will have some of the best new nurses to TMMC - probably California! Just the epitome of the definition of a Registered Nurse. Thank you Christine for understanding my discomfort and being my voice - my advocate when I needed one the most. You are one of a kind!
