I felt safe and understood in a very distressing moment due to the pain I was having. Cecilia was empathetic, concerned and a great therapist, since she took the time to listen to me and give me shelter. Just by talking, part of the pain disappeared and during the day it completely subsided with the new analgesic therapy they gave me after her intervention.
I would like to add that just her presence reassures, radiates joy, and gives you the confidence to speak.
I hope this recognition serves to motivate you to continue being a super nurse and keep your energy to continue working for those who need it most. Above all, in these difficult times.

Me sentí seguro y comprendido?en un momento muy angustiante producto del dolor que tenía. Ella fue empática, preocupada y una gran terapeuta, ya que se dio el tiempo de escucharme y darme cobijo. Con solo hablar desapareció parte del dolor y durante el día cedió completamente con la nueva terapia analgésica que me dieron luego de su intervención.
Quisiera agregar que solo su presencia tranquiliza,?irradia alegría y te da confianza para hablar.
