Brionna is one of those nurses that has a heart of gold. She is always going above and beyond for her patients and peers. PPU recently had a patient who left behind her gold dolphin necklace after her procedure. The patient was elderly, very anxious and this necklace meant a lot to her. Brionna ended up getting in contact with this patient about the necklace.
Unfortunately, this patient lived in Truckee and did not drive. Brionna offered to meet the patient's son up in Truckee to deliver the necklace. She coordinated a meet-up and was able to drop off the necklace. Brionna showed true compassion at this moment. She could hear how upset the patient was about forgetting her prized possession and reassured her we would figure out a way to get it back to her. I am so thankful for Brionna. She is such a wonderful asset to Renown, and I am so proud to work with nurses like her every day! Thank you so very much Brionna. I appreciate you always.

There were so many obstacles and frustration-inducing factors to the situation, but you stayed so positive and so focused on making sure that what needed to be done happened. Brionna is an amazing charge. As someone who is not in Pre-op often, she was extremely helpful to me in getting my inpatient line organized and prepped. Despite multiple hurdles and last-minute cancellations, she was super instrumental in communicating everything with doctors and our endo team, which kept everything running smoothly.
