I had my son at Aspirus Riverview Hospital where I received exemplary care! My care team during my entire stay consisted of several AMAZING nurses and support staff however there are a couple that stood out to me. One of the nurses that stood out to be was Shelby. Shelby helped deliver our beautiful baby and we really felt so very safe with her. During this birth, I was receiving my first ever epidural and she took every precaution very seriously all while completing her tasks with the anesthesiologist AND taking on the daunting task of keeping me informed and calm. Shelby was the epitome of a knowledgeable nurse that goes above and beyond; it's hard to even put into words how she made us feel. There is no price on peace of mind and with the safety precautions and her calming demeanor, I truly believe that Aspirus Riverview Birthing Center is blessed to have such an amazing and dedicated employee.
