Charles provided care to our mother when she came into the hospital. She was taken for emergent open-heart surgery. Her first full night in ICU she had Charles as her nurse. He is so kind and caring not only to just my mom but to us also. We were blessed to have Charles on several occasions during our 2 weeks stay. The biggest of those days was extubation day after being intubated for 12 days. Because of the time we had already spent with Charles we were confident that he would be able to execute it with the same level of excellence he puts into all his work. I am so grateful to have had Charles on our team through such uncertain times. I could never express my gratitude enough.
