From the moment I met Zieya, he was extremely helpful, positive, enthusiastic, kind, compassionate, and generous! I cannot say enough great things about him! He advocated for me and went the extra mile to get me the help I needed for pain management and it truly meant the world to me! I'm not very good at asking for help, but he could see I was in a lot of pain and he went above and beyond to try to get my meds under control! I am truly impressed with his work ethic and positivity, especially when he was constantly being pulled in different directions to help other patients. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his strong work ethic, his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty to advocate for his patients to give them the best possible experience! I couldn't get a nerve block for a variety of reasons during my total knee replacement and was in a significant amount of pain. He advocated on my behalf to find solutions that reduced my pain level and brought it down to a tolerable level, even though it was more work on his behalf and it took more organization of patient care. Despite busy floors with a lot of patients to deal with, I often felt like I was the only patient! Just his encouragement helped me push myself forward and get moving! The positivity and empathy he displayed were off the charts! I will have future surgical procedures at this hospital because of my experience!
