My brother fell ill and within two days we found ourselves being transferred from Missouri to your treatment facility. Eric was our nurse a few hours after our arrival. Eric was in orientation and I was immediately impressed with his skill level and attention to detail, but what was immediate was his compassionate and empathetic bedside manner. He always spoke to my brother before touching him, letting him know what he was going to do. On Eric's second shift my brother's condition started to decline, requiring complicated care that was ever-changing, all while providing extraordinary compassionate care. He was excellent at explaining everything in a way that we understood and informing us of changes in care and status. I am not sure I could have made it through or allowed myself to sleep the last nights of my brother's life if I had not known he was being cared for by Eric. I want to thank the entire team that cared for us. Your organization hires quality staff from the security guard who guided us into the building and every one after was outstanding. The physicians give empathetic care, allowing time for questions and having a tremendous bedside manner. Your entire organization should be commended and recognizing Eric as the cream of the crop.
