Nurse Hallie did such an amazing job of supporting me from the moment I walked into the labor and delivery unit until she dropped me off in post-delivery. She put me at ease through all the COVID restrictions and made our experience at Sacred Heart wonderful. She made sure I was informed about my options for delivery and explained all the risks and benefits. I knew that whatever decision I made, she was going to support me and my birth experience. She helped me through my active labor by checking in on me and my husband often. She helped me stay comfortable and kept things light with her hilarious sense of humor. She never pushed me to deviate from my birth plan. She was right by my side through everything and almost felt more like a doula throughout the delivery process. Nurse Hallie went above and beyond to make my birth experience better than I imagined it could be.
