Our family received exceptional quality care and compassion during this COVID crisis; "our" nurse Summer showed kindness and compassion. She listened and allowed our family to grieve during this uncertain time. Summer showed leadership by following the policies in place to protect us and the public. Summer showed compassion by helping us to understand our mom's diagnosis of pneumonia from COVID. She explained things to us so we all could understand. Summer showed stewardship in PPE supplies by making sure we kept safe yet observed us with care. Summer has shown dedication to her profession as an RN for over 20 years! Our mom said Summer was gentle and kind. She didn't feel rushed and she felt that Summer was genuine and compassionate! Thank you Summer for being #1, our mom deserves an RN like you.
