No matter what Jeanette is asked to do she finds a way to get it done and does an extraordinary job.
Jeanette Linebaugh is the Sr. Director, Ambulatory Care Services, EFCC, and DON for Ambulatory Care. Jeanette is one of the hardest working and most dedicated leaders that I have ever met. No task is too big or too small. No matter what she is asked to do she finds a way to get it done and does an extraordinary job.
She has played a key leadership role during the COVID crisis by standing up the Drive-Through COVID Testing Sites. She has utilized key resources, worked out all of the details of staffing, registration, billing, sharing results, and has routinely received compliments for how well these sites function. She has inspired other leaders to help staff at the site. In addition, Jeanette has worked closely on the very successful Drive-Through Flu vaccination program. Her experience with the COVID testing sites lent itself well to helping plan the Drive-Through Flu program. Not only is her leadership exceptional with both programs, but she is often found helping to staff both the COVID testing and giving flu shots to help out at the drive-through flu. When one of the leads at the COVID site was out, Jeanette stepped in to fill the gaps and did an exceptional job.
Jeanette trusts and respects her staff, she always encourages staff to take care of themselves and has been incredibly supportive of the clinic staff as they have dealt with the many personal and professional challenges they have faced during COVID. At the Clinic Supervisor/Charge Nurse meetings, she always has open Q&A time so that staff can ask her about anything that is on their mind or that is not clear in regards to current practice. She takes the time to recognize and support others and appreciates all efforts.
Jeanette works incredibly hard and can be found responding to emails almost immediately at all times of the day. She does a great job of sharing information and following up on issues to make sure that everything is taken care of that is needed. Jeanette really listens and supports staff desire to grow and expand their skills. Jeanette is well respected throughout the organization and presents an image of intelligence, responsibility, and professionalism in everything she does.
