As Joi Jackson's Manager for the last 11 years I have personally noted that Joi does not leave any documentation undone, documents exceptionally well, has not made any nurse errors, has not had any patient or family complaints, works tedious and efficiently without losing focus.
I give rarely give out any 5s on an evaluation, but Joi has consistently received a 5 in punctuality by never calling in, never clocking in late, and not completing any miss swipe forms due to forgetting or not clocking in correctly.
Joi fills in a Charge RN when the Working Supervisor is off, and I am told that she's quite efficient and manages her time well. Joi is not much of a talker as far as management issues or complaints but she's a skilled, knowledgeable, dependable, efficient RN that I am always dependent on her taking care of any patients of any caliber.

I have had the pleasure of working the opposite shift with Joi Jackson, RN for the past 7 years. Joi is a very knowledgeable, extremely dependable RN. She steps up and is Charge Nurse when called upon and does a great job. The handoff is smooth and when returning the next morning that also is a smooth sharing of information. She takes great pride in her work and is not a "corner cutter." She works within the guidelines of our unit and exhibits great care when dealing with her patients.
