I have had the pleasure of receiving excellent care from this young nurse. I say young because she is young at heart and young in years of nursing, but you would never know it! As a new patient, many things were unknown, fearful, intimidating, and just plain emotional as I began my journey.
Jeannette took the time to explain, often in detail and other times simplistically when she knew I was overwhelmed. She almost always had an answer and when she didn't, she went and sought it out from her peers. Again, this young lady was/is beyond her years in her time management, her technique, her grace, and her knowledge. She had many nuggets of information that always made my stay better. She is an asset to your hospital! Don't let her go! I am truly impressed with her as a nurse! This coming from me, a nurse educator of 27 years.
