I came in on day shift and had an amazing RN but when the shift changed I had gotten a new RN named Ryan. I am very unstable due to COVID and from the moment I met him, he took excellent care of me. He was understanding, compassionate, and very professional. Every 2 hours I would break out in a sweat that drenched everything. He would come in and help me change and change the bedding. He checked on me hourly if not more to make sure I was ok and comfortable. He took care of me as if I was his mother or family member. He was on time with everything and always was cheering and in a good mood. He took some of the fear I was experiencing due to the unknown of the COVID. I would thank him every day if it wouldn't embarrass him. I feel he had a hand in saving my life.
