Sisters of Charity Hospital
Jackie was always positive, compassionate, and appeared to work flawlessly with her peers.
My grandmother was diagnosed with COVID-19. She never made it out of the hospital alive as the days grew longer and darker for our family. Mr. Jackie Lachut always had a positive attitude when speaking to my family during her shifts. Jackie even went above her job to ensure that she would facetime my family so we could pray with my granny daily.
Even when days grew darker for us and my grandmother could not speak, Jackie still made sure we seen her via facetime, explained her condition thoroughly, made sure we understood what was going on. Jackie knows how to connect with patients and families so that families feel calm and understand what's going on with their loved ones.
Jackie was always positive, compassionate, and appeared to work flawlessly with her peers. The day my granny died Jackie asked me that morning what songs she likes. Jackie played those songs for my granny and was present when she passed. Amazing nurse Jackie is.
