The first day I came in Hailey was really concerned with my pain and condition. She spent her free time coming and talk to me and was adamant about trying to get me on a successful pain regimen. I really appreciate the 1 on 1 time she gave me. The compassion and sincerity she shows were enough to bring me to tears and actually helped my pain subside from her compassionate care alone. I could immediately tell she was sincere and passionate about her job. She took the time to say "hello" and "goodbye" every time and took time to see how I was feeling when no other nurse did. If I could I would want Hailey as my nurse anytime possible and also if I could I would nominate her for the DAISY Award a million times over and over. Thank you, Hailey.
