I would like to honor Thomas who cared for my husband. Not only did he provide exceptional care to my husband who was in considerable pain and often incoherent, but as my anxiety rose he calmly listened to my endless complaining and then took steps to find out why my husband's test was delayed. Thomas kept me appraised of the situation all day. I feel he went above and beyond his nursing duties as he cared about both the patient and me. He was very gentle with my husband and his voice was very pleasant and never appeared to be annoyed by my endless questions.
