Katherine Carter, MSN Katherine Carter is an Instructor of Clinical Nursing at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans School of Nursing. She is certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Public/Community Health. Ms. Carter is described by her colleagues as going above and beyond to facilitate student’s learning of public health nursing. She is a consistent role model demonstrating the nursing school’s core values of caring professionalism, respect, integrity, diversity, and excellence.
