Lili has worked with countless students in the classroom. She is a model of leadership and professionalism for the students. She utilizes creative teaching techniques to keep students engaged.

Lili is honest and unemotional with her feedback and generous with her praise.  She engages in thoughtful reflection as a regular practice, and consistently puts forth effort to maintain clear communication and positive relationships.
Lili has the highest level of integrity.  She is thoughtful about every interaction and decision and gives her best in each and every endeavor. She gives this effort whether she receives recognition or not, and often when she receives nothing at all in return.
