Ms. Tiffany Gipson graduated from Chamberlain University, Irving, Texas, in the November 2018 class. She was chosen by her peers, faculty, and staff for demonstrating extraordinary, compassionate care of patients and their families. Tiffany always encouraged her patients and went above and beyond as an advocate for patients ' needs and wants. She was an extraordinary team member, demonstrating professionalism and working with peers to improve the nursing profession and patient care. Peers described her as "extremely caring," "very compassionate, always looking out for others even when she may not feel 100% herself."
