While Kim is currently the Managing Director of the Sacramento campus, she started as an Assistant Professor and then as the Assistant Managing Director before advancing to the key role she is in now.  Kim demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities that deserve to be recognized and commended by all faculty and staff.  Her exemplary collegiality, skill level and aptitude for complex systems has been the guiding force for positive change on the Sacramento campus.  Kim approaches each day with grace and a sense of humor that is contagious.  She maintains a calm and confident presence that sets the tone for the campus.  No matter what storm is brewing, Kim is responsive to all changes.  She provides assistance, support, and constructive feedback.  Her mantra is "What can I do to help?"  She is fair, honest, ethical, and promotes an environment of unbiased consideration of faculty, staff, and students.  The Sacramento campus is delighted to honor such an individual.
