Dr. Parker is not only extremely competent in Pediatric Nursing, but she also makes the content enjoyable to learn. She is interactive and encouraging in the clinical setting, and overall encouraged me to become a better nurse.
Dr. Parker has a great way of engaging the students in class. She is very easy to listen to and teaches the material in a very clear and concise way. Her positive attitude and sincerity were very encouraging throughout the course. 
Dr. Parker is a wonderful instructor who cares about her students. She never makes anyone feel stupid or uncomfortable if they ask questions or do not know an answer. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. 
Dr. Parker is a highly encouraging teacher. She has a way of reaching new students on a personal level, even while teaching a large group. She is so enthusiastic about what she is teaching that it invites all her students to share her passion. When speaking one-on-one with her, she is so encouraging and supportive no matter what. She is honest and positive, and genuinely loves and cares for each of her students.
Mrs. Parker went above and beyond as an instructor and mentor. As an instructor she made herself available to her students. She clarified questions, concepts and ensured we understood content. As a mentor she ensured our wellbeing and reached out with help and understanding. She demonstrated compassion and a love for nursing. She personally mentored me throughout the end of my pregnancy ensuring I was prepared to test and questioned me when I pushed myself too far. After delivery she reached out to ensure I was doing well and baby was healthy and I was preparing for my HESI. She maintained constant contact prior to the trimester and afterward.
