Dr. Goldman personifies excellence in educating nursing students at the master's level. Despite the limited resources, Dr. Goldman provides an environment conducive to learning and critical thinking. Her passion to teach is evident by her continuous constructive criticism and edifying feedback with a respectful and professional demeanor. Her leadership and curriculum development stimulate students to critically think and strive for excellence. She demonstrates care and compassion by being attentive to the student's concerns and seeks feedback from students for improvement. She also demonstrates passion through mentoring faculty in their professional development. What I most admire about Dr. Goldman is her emphasis on practicing based on the Code of Ethics for Nurses and following national guidelines to be safe practitioners.
