Teri 's leadership in the School of Nursing and in the ELMSN has resulted in ongoing remarkable success of the pre-licensure program where the support of learning, innovation and student well-being are unconditional priorities. Teri consistently fosters a challenging environment whether it is with a group of students, at all day ELMSN faculty meetings, the SoN and Faculty Org or in the practice setting. She is unfailingly accessible, quick to respond and is very supportive. Teri is an anchor for both students and faculty. She brings her talent and skill in addressing challenges to every setting, creatively solving problems and issues, innovatively developing and revising curricula, and demonstrating a deep commitment to the success and well-being of the students and her team.
