Ms. McCauley goes above and beyond for her students. She is always available to help in any way she can, she really listens to her students and considers their point of view as well. I have not always been the best test taker during nursing school until Ms. McCauley. She breaks everything down, walks you through the way to approach a question, she has created tools to organize your studying and helps you figure out where your weak areas and a plan to make them strengths. She is a HUGE advocate for her students in the clinical and classroom setting. Ms. McCauley has so much knowledge and experience to share and she is so willing to share as much as she can with her students. Ms. McCauley has been the first faculty I have felt I can go to for everything and I will continue to go to her throughout my nursing school journey.

Ms. McCauley is an exceptional clinical instructor and a caring person. She puts the students' needs before anything else. Through all of the chaos that has gone on this semester, she has never failed to be there for us. She has shown us what it means to be an advocate for others. All of our worries are heard and taken into consideration when she makes decisions. Her support for all of us is felt thoroughly. She is an amazing instructor in the clinical setting and in the classroom setting. It is made clear to the class that she is here for us for anything we need. The comfort and care that she has shown all of us is something I will cherish in the future when I look back on this anxious time in my life.

She is the most caring instructor I have had in nursing school! She truly wants us to exceed. During the COVID 19 pandemic, we were overwhelmed with extra work and training that went along with onboarding at West Jeff and she worked so hard to ease or stress and get so what she could to help us. She has been so informative and encouraging throughout these stressful times!

Ms. McCauley goes above and beyond to support her students. We trust and confide in her, and she will voice concerns on our behalf. She is so dedicated to making sure we understand the material taught, and how to navigate nursing questions. I recently had a meeting with Ms. McCauley to review a test, and she sat me down and talked to me in-depth about strategies to succeed. I absolutely adore this lady. She is so sincere and thoughtful. She most definitely deserves recognition.

Ms. McCauley has always been so sweet and a huge motivating force in my nursing education thus far. She has emailed me multiple times asking if I need support or to review a test and telling me I am always welcomed to come into her office! For the OSCE#1, she was supportive and kind and told me and many other students that it may relieve our anxiety to face away and act as if we are alone while we perform our head to toe. She wants students to succeed and has gone above and beyond to support students and offer her help. She is the first faculty member in my nursing days to really go above and beyond!!!
