Professor Lim has the unique ability to communicate the most complex medical issues to the students in a clear and concise manner. He provides all the students in his classes with an easy-to-follow curriculum and he has the ability to take complex scientific material and translate it into easily understood subject matter.

Dr. Lim's commitment to education and teaching continues to inspire me. Recently, Dr. Lim mentored me in writing an article for the American Journal of Nursing and encouraged me to pursue a master's degree in nursing education.

I've known Dr. Lim since I was a freshman at NYU beginning in 2008. Throughout the time that I have known him, he has been an extraordinary mentor to not only me but to so many other nursing students! He will always go out of his way to help students out because he truly does care about the students and really wants them to become the best nurse that they possible can be.

He is the kind of professor everyone wants to have because he makes the effort to get to know all of his students, by name and interests, and encourages everyone to continue to learn. I have seen Dr. Lim work tirelessly to create new ways to engage students both in and out of the classroom while taking on multiple roles in the College of Nursing.
