Nehemie always sees the glass as half full. She is self-motivated and has very high expectations of herself. She has the ability to refocus, step back and attack any obstacles that may threaten her progress. She presents herself in a very mature non-judgmental manner. She is willing to support translate and educate clients. She offers a very calm reassuring demeanor. She tries very hard to balance work, school and personal time. She aims high. She presents a very professional figure all of the time. She is polite, respectful and very open to critique and redirection. She has a very bright future as an RN.
I've had the pleasure of having Nehemie in my clinical and didactic class. Nehemie is very eager and motivated to learn. She asks questions when she is unsure or just because she's inquisitive. Observing her in the clinical setting revealed a caring and compassionate person. She is truly a patient advocate and genuinely cares about their well-being. Despite personal challenges, Nehemie is determined and dedicated, always finding a place to study anywhere she can and at all hours. I believe that because she overcame her own personal experiences, she has a better understanding of how to meet her patients' needs, including providing emotional support. Nehemie will be an exceptional nurse.
