A family member had reached out to my manager after the passing of her daughter. "Emily was the most compassionate nurse I have ever met. She not only took care of my daughter but also took care of me. She treated my daughter with respect and dignity and although my daughter was in a coma state, Emily always spoke to her like she was awake.
