Mom was admitted for respiratory issues. As we were here, she had increasing memory issues. Jennifer was amazing at caring for Mom, but also us worried family members. She recognized our concerns as well as expressed her own. She then advocated for our requests for additional testing to be done. She was an exceptional nurse, advocate, and especially compassionate and caring. I appreciated her caring demeanor, her honesty, and her listening ear. Mom really is uncomfortable in settings such as the hospital and Jennifer put her at ease while explaining things, so Mom could understand. I felt more than confident that I could trust the care she received while Jennifer was on shift. I cannot express our gratitude enough.
