I want to express my appreciation to Jasmin for being dedicated to her work and in rendering compassionate care to her patients. There was once a patient who is most of the time unstable and needs a lot of nursing care. The patient had multiple comorbidities and had a PEG tube for nutrition. Every time that she is assigned to her, she will see to it that she cares for her in the best possible way. She provides education and offers time to explain her needed treatment and medications. She is polite and honest. Many times I observed her being courteous to her patients and their family. Sometimes when the unit is very busy, she remains calm and organized and still able to answer questions and attend to the needs of her patients. She is professional and displays a positive attitude. There are many occurrences where family members approach me to extend their thanks to her. She is a role model for us and an inspiration for many.
