Jess has now delivered both of my babies! First off my deliveries were not easy, they were indeed very very stressful. Jess always knew what to do and acted fast on what the next step was going to be! Jess wasn't even supposed to be working when I came into St. Francis to have my second baby; I asked my night nurse if Jess still worked there and indeed she did. I asked the nurse if I could have her be my nurse and she indeed came in the next morning with her trainee, both with a welcoming demeanor.
My body hates being pregnant, and Jess and her trainee were on top of everything! My little boy decided he was going to be stubborn, so we needed some fast responses from the nursing staff on what to do next. Jess and her trainee were on top of it what felt like before it even happened. I cannot thank Jess enough for her compassionate, genuine, knowledgeable care she provided my family both times she delivered my stubborn babies! If there ever is a next time to deliver a baby Jess will again be the first person I am asking for. The 2nd floor at CHI SFMC is hands down the best in the state and incomparable. We are blessed to get the opportunity to deliver with such a wonderful team!
