Jennifer is an extraordinary human being. I met Jennifer last month while she was taking care of my husband in ICU. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, interacts with the patient and visitors, gives explanations regarding treatment, and stands by her word. If she states she is going to do something, you can guarantee that the task will be done. I had a wonderful experience the days Jennifer took care of my husband. Jennifer would play his favorite music to cheer him up, applaud his achievements, encourage him, and was very respectful and compassionate. After my husband was moved to another room, Jennifer would visit him and ask if there was anything that he needed. I am so grateful we had the opportunity to interact with her. She is a one in a million nurse and makes the experience so much better for the patient and family. Thank you, Jennifer, for your excellent skills in nursing!
