Julia, a nurse on 4 North, was recognized by a patient. She wrote how intimidating it can be staying in the hospital, but Julia was amazing. She was empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, caring, kind, and understanding. She talked to me and my family and made us understand everything that was going on. She made me feel 100% comfortable and she is an outstanding nurse!
