Saida was an angel in my scary medical world.
I was truly amazed and very blessed by having Saida as my nurse for the night shift. I have had a very, very rough time with my health, for the last 7-8 years...But even more terrible, for the last 2 years. I have been hospitalized at least twice a month for these last 2 years. It has become almost "normal" now, and I just know what to expect. This year has been the hardest year to date, due to COVID. As a patient, it is very overwhelming and just plain terrifying. I was admitted 4 days ago and was really feeling stressed and down (on top of feeling so ill) then sweet Saida appeared as my nurse.
In all of my hospitalizations, I've only encountered a nurse with the talent, skills, and pure empathy, as I did with Saida, one other time. She was so on the ball with all of my needs and medication...and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Saida was an angel in my scary medical world. She always appeared with a smile, and I felt truly blessed to have been given her, as my nurse - during such an uncertain and scary time. Greatest Nurse Ever!

Saida has been very kind and attentive while I have been in the hospital for plasma exchange. She is personable which has made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I have 5 more days here and hope to have her as my nurse again. I appreciate how Saida was always asking if I needed something (e.g. more water, blankets, menus, and more). Thank you for all your efforts and I wish the best for Saida and her beautiful family.
