A patient's family member stated that Teresa was very nice and very professional by making her father very comfortable and making sure the family was taken care of as well. She went above and beyond to make their visit feel like home.
On another occasion Teresa had a patient who was being transferred to another facility, she had heard the patient and his mother had been living in their vehicle. She was concerned about the mother being by herself at the other facility so she began calling the community trying to find a place for the mother to stay for the night so she didn't have to stay in the car. Her leader noted this is the kind of compassion she demonstrates on a daily basis for her patients but on this day she went above and beyond to help this family.
