Tracey is an absolute asset to this team!! She cared for not just treated my mother while my mom was in the hospital as if it were her own mother! She made rational decisions as a nurse rather than just alone following the rules. If my mother needed ANYTHING Tracey made sure she had it. We came in during the middle to end of her work week so I know she was tired, exhausted, and drained BUT you would have never known it by the way she handled and carried herself. She was prompt on everything! She made sure the board in the room was complete every hour and filled out thoroughly. I will go out of my way to the highest chain of command to acknowledge Tracey and her amazing nursing skills! She doesn't HAVE to be the way she is and knowing that she does this willingly, and goes out of her way to care for her patients makes me have such peace of mind! Tracey is such a wonderful human being with a great heart! Thank you for keeping her!
