Louie has an air of self-assurance and skillful professionalism which gives comfort to patients and colleagues alike. His knowledge, skill, and confidence help patients believe that everything will go okay. His compassion for patients comes through as he gently and kindly maneuvers them from preoperative holding to the endoscopy suite. He is adept at making sure our patients are comfortable and that they feel safe. Louie's equable and confident manner is a great example to all of us in the medical field.
