Where to begin... There are "No words." As a patient here in Rehab I've been treated with the utmost respect, care to a level I have never ever experienced anywhere. My nurse Petra for my first 4 days I was here has made it even more "special." Her kindness, communication, and desire to help me in any way she could was truly unsurpassed by any nurse I have ever encountered as a patient or as a Doctor in my professional career. Her smile was infectious all of the time from the moment she came into my room in the early AM and continued throughout the entire day.
I know personally working what is supposed to be a 12 hour day is difficult, to say the least. However, considering she was always here before shift change to get the low down on my last 12 hours to hand me off to the night shift and staying late every night to fill in the next shift was truly heartfelt! Any questions about my medications to my next day were never a problem. On the rare occasion where Petra didn't immediately know the answer, it came my way in the shortest possible time. Everything I encountered with Nurse Petra was pleasant and beyond professional. My hat's off to everyone who took care of me in the process, but I was either the luckiest patient in the world, or my experience here at Rehab was Flawless and I feel from the bottom of my heart Nurse Petra was beyond outstanding.
