Angie's attention to detail and courageous advocacy for patients and staff have earned her the respect of fellow nurses, providers, and staff.
Angie has all the qualities I want in a nurse colleague. She is pleasant, open to suggestions, and willing to consider those given. Angie seems to thrive on managing complex issues with calm clarity. Her attention to detail and courageous advocacy for patients and staff have earned her the respect of fellow nurses, providers, and staff. I admire her ability to question policies and authority when awkward situations occur. Angie has thoughtful suggestions for any challenge she brings to leadership. She is always that person who jumps in to help someone, even before they realize they need help. She is a leader and coach for others to get further education. I know that her presence makes the lives of our patients and our lives better, resulting in a better SCCA and community.
***
Angie is energetic, eager to learn, a positive role model, and always jumping in to support the needs of the patients, fellow workers, and her team. She's happy when she's busy helping. In addition to her work ethic, she volunteers at a food bank during her off-work hours. Angie is a strong clinician and a good person with whom I enjoy working immensely.
