I am a travel nurse and have worked with several charge nurses. Nina stands out. She is great at educating new nurses and travelers on BMH policies and procedures. She goes above and beyond for patients as well as her co-workers. She will ensure everyone gets a lunch break and will not leave her shift until she checks in with everyone to make sure they do not need help with anything. She is very approachable and not intimidating. It is intimidating going to a new facility, but working with Nina made the transition easier. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the patients and staff. When I have questions and she was off, she would even be ok with a text message to answer any questions I had.
