Donna explained what was going to happen with my surgery, answered all my questions, and kept my mood light instead of anxious.
Donna was my nurse and she was very calming and caring while being very professional. She explained what was going to happen with my surgery, answered all my questions, and kept my mood light instead of anxious. She was also very caring towards my mom until she had to leave the hospital. She made my mom feel comfortable, knowing that due to COVID my mom had to wait elsewhere. My mom was updated as promised when the procedure started. After surgery, Donna came to my room to see how I was feeling, followed up on a note that I needed for work, and just to say goodbye and good luck. It was a pleasure to have her as my nurse. Thank you for making my day better. My mom and I both appreciate your kindness and compassion and care you gave us.
